It is my belief that the dealership would do much better with someone other than Timbo. He made a very low offer on my vehicle and was not the least bit sympathetic. Working with the service department was overall a very good experience as they fit my son’s car in for an appointment so he could safely drive back to college. I did not rate a 5 because when he was drivi good experience as they fit my son’s car in for an appointment so he could safely drive back to college. I did not rate a 5 because when he was driving back and needed his wipers the driver’s side fell off when he turned them on and he had to stop the next day at a Nissan dealer in Memphis to get it replaced. I am just not sure how that happened after getting the safety inspection done. All else and the people were great. More

Was having trouble with my brake switch on my Nissan Sentra. Was extremely frustrating since it’s necessary to start my engine. Took it to Nissan dealership on Friday August 20th. I was quoted about $400 for my services for the day and when I went in to pay, it was over $700. I don’t appreciate being blindsided by added fees that were not quoted.
