Renatos, We are very sorry that you feel that you received poor service from our dealership. When you called in you had indicated that you were interested in seeing a pre owned Altima and a pre owned Accord when you arrived at 12:30pm. Unfortunately we had two other customers come in earlier to see the same Altima with one of them purchasing it about 5 minutes before your arrival. I believe that we actually showed you the customer finalizing the paperwork when you arrived. If there was more time we most certainly would have contacted you. Once we informed you of what happened, we offered to show you the Accord that you expressed interest in, but you declined. I know you were disappointed and we are sorry. Unfortunately we never know when customers are going to come in, what they're going to look at or if they're going to purchase until it happens. Again, we apologize and if there is another vehicle that we have that you may be interested in please contact me directly and I'll do everything that I can to help you. Thank you for your feedback. I never said I was coming to see an accord. I was clear on my intentions to see the Altima. I know things happen, but if you guys would have only text or call once to let me know couple other customers were looking at the car instead 5 calls throughout the day affirming the car was sitting there, it would have saved me 2 hours trip. Plus, your employee told me that he was bringing down the Altima for me to try it out when i showed up. Not cool when I waited for at least 20 min. Courtesy is free and well appreciated.
