In early November I purchased a vehicle from Ambar Motors. At the time of purchase, I was told that this was a "Certified Pre-Owned" vehicle which is why I chose the car in the first place. The car was delivered from the dealership in South Florida to my home in Baton Rouge on Nov. 10th, 2023. I had arranged to meet the driver on a Friday afternoon at a local Home Depot. Instead, the vehicle was dropped off in my driveway in the middle of the night with the keys outside of the vehicle near the tire. This is the first unacceptable experience that we had with the dealership. We had a car stolen out of subdivision just one week prior. He put us at risk of having it happen again. Once my daughter got into her "new" car, we realized that the computer system and touch screen was glitching and not working property. After rebooting it several times, I contacted Luis, our sales representative, to let him know of the issue. He was very little to no help. The monitoring system would change radio stations and text/call people automatically. The GPS wasn't working and would freeze up. I ended up having to send it in to our local Mazda service department. It was concluded that the screen needed to be replaced due to wiring deficiencies causing what is called "ghost touching" which is apparently an issue that many Mazda vehicles have. It was concluded that this vehicle, in fact, WAS NOT a Certified Pre-Owned and that I would have to pay $485 to have the screen replaced. After several calls to Ambar Motors, they refuse to take responsibility that they sold me a defective vehicle. This issue was present before purchasing as WASN'T disclosed prior to purchase. Victor, the manager, says the sale is "As Is" however, I was given false information in relation to the car being "certified", the car had an obvious defect not being disclosed, the battery for the key was dead upon delivery. I was told by Luis that he would send me a new one...still waiting on that over a month later. Now our current issue is that the new license plate was supposed to be delivered by Dec. 8th. It is now Dec. 18th and we are still waiting on the tag. Unethical is an understatement. This company needs to be dealt with so that this doesn't continue to happen to others. More
Living in Alabama, I brought a Ford Mustang 2018. the customer service was okay until they received my down payment, then the customer service plummet. Once they got the papers the dealership failed to contact me stating they have them. Calling them back to back for people in the office to say they are busy, or can they call me back. basically getting the round around. From a long wait! they finally contact me after i texted the sales lady why its taking so long! The manager picked up the phone was very rude, with a anger tone. Once the bank sent them their payment. They called this horrible company to ship me my car. I paid 1060 dollars in cash for them to this. The sales lady promised me the car a monday, or tuesday. I called the dispatcher of the trucker, to ask him when would the car be here. he told me Tuesday afternoon. On the deadline of the date and time. i had to hunt the dispatcher down. to find out where was my car. he tells me the truck broke down. which is only 3 hours away from his office. The dispatcher never gave me any updates as to where my car was at! after he claimed he would. it was as simple as sending another truck out 3 hours away to pick it up and keep driving. i had to force updates out of him every couple of hours. it has now been 2 days passed the deadline. at this point i asked the dealership what was the company name that picked up my car. they claimed they don't know. also claiming they are not responsible for the contractors who has my car. WHEN IN FACT IT WAS THE LAW FOR THEM TO MAKE SURE I RECIEVE MY CAR. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit for them to take action just to ask the company they claimed they didn't know the name of about my car to find out it will be here tomorrow afternoon which is a Thursday. the sale lady finds the paper of what the company signed to take my car away with the companies name on it. this was after i threaten them with a lawsuit. this dealership also had the wrong monthly payment written down which was 38 dollars more than what the bank said i would pay. I asked them for a refund of the shipping fee. both the dealership and the truck company was throwing the blame on eachother. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO NEVER COME HERE FOR A CAR! THEY EVEN HAVE FAKE REVIEWS ON SOME OF THEM WEBSITES. BECAREFUL AND MAKE THEM WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING THEY SAY TO YOU AND KEEP A LAWYER ON STAND BY IF YOU CANNOT FIND ANYONE ELSE. More

I love my new van! It was one that I saw online and did not want to leave that night without driving it home. They made it so easy for me to get the keys and drive away with a great payment, a warranty wit not want to leave that night without driving it home. They made it so easy for me to get the keys and drive away with a great payment, a warranty with Dodge, insurance and assurance that they were there for me if I needed anything. They have followed up by phone to make sure everything is ok and I love the personlized service. Definitely recommend these great guys and will shop there again if i'm in the market for another vehicle! More
Fui estafado como cliente por Ambar Motors Doral. Compré auto usado y al día siguiente hice reclamo de las gomas , las 4 estaban malas , me hicieron perder tiempo durante semanas y no me respondieron. Una de las gomas explotó en la vía y casi tuve un accidente; he hecho varias veces el reclamo y se esconden, no atienden y se lavan las manos. Aparte de ellos me entregaron auto sin haber confirmado crédito del banco y tuvimos que hacer luego de semanas rodando otro crédito y peor aún, tuve el auto con el tag vencido sin poder rodar durante dias por ellos faltar a ello. Exijo me sean reconocidas las 4 gomas de un auto que me vendieron en malas condiciones y denuncio a Abel el vendedor por no responder y esconderse y al sr Isacc, supuesto manager, por mal trato. NO SIRVEN More
