Traveling from out of town I was recently in Altoona for a wedding and I had a light that came on in my car. I was traveling alone with my 4 year old so I needed to have the car I was recently in Altoona for a wedding and I had a light that came on in my car. I was traveling alone with my 4 year old so I needed to have the car looked at before my 4 hour drive home. I cannot say enough great things about the service I received. They told me to come in and they would look at it this morning. When I arrived they were so welcoming. I also explained that my child had gotten sick in the car. They took the time to shampoo out the car for me and gave my daughter a candy cane. What wonderful and kind people! I am so grateful. More

purchase of Honda Pilot EXL I was looking to downsize from a Sequoia and thought I would look at a Honda Pilot as I had previously owned several Honda's. I was cordially greeted I was looking to downsize from a Sequoia and thought I would look at a Honda Pilot as I had previously owned several Honda's. I was cordially greeted at the door by a former Penn State student of mine, Robby Johnson, who actually remembered my first name! I told him of my interest and he had me drive two different models of the Pilot - my preference being the Pilot Ex-L. While negotiating the deal Robby was courteous, attentive, offered me beverages of my choice and I was served lunch while continuing our negotiation. I appreciated the feeling of 'no pressure' and him listening to me regarding what I wanted in a vehicle. Once we were able to settle on a deal/trade I spent some time with finance and was treated equally well there. Later that day I drove off in my new Honda Pilot. It is a great car and every time I drive it I am very pleased with my selection. I have recommended to my friends that if they are interested in a good deal and want to not feel unduly pressured see Robby Johnson at Altoona Honda. Robby made arrangements for me to have my accessories installed the following week and quickly responded to any text questions I sent him after my purchase. However, in meeting with Ken Lingenfelter, who has sold both my husband and me multiple Honda vehicles for years, I found myself driving away in a new 2018 Honda CR-V. My husband passed away and I was on my own this time. Ken took the time and extended the patience to answers all my questions and concerns and worked with me to come up with a doable payment schedule. Since the purchase, Ken has contacted me several times to inquire if I had any concerns or questions. I will probably have questions down the road but those that I currently had for Ken, he explained thoroughly.
