He was very forthcoming with details about the car, but even more importantly, he made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of during the entire process. He even followed up a few days later to check in with us and made it a point to let us know to contact him at any time in the future. Zach was also very thorough with the financial aspect and he took the time to make sure we understood the paperwork . Even more importantly, the whole Honda crew made sure we were comfortable and taken care of during the entire time; they even fed us lunch and had a nice toy section to occupy our kids.
