I purchased this car almost 2 months ago I am still waiting for my signed paper work to be delivered bill of sale I have call and asked about it twice and still waiting.I drove this car 14 miles betw waiting for my signed paper work to be delivered bill of sale I have call and asked about it twice and still waiting.I drove this car 14 miles between the first and second day and the check engin light came on I asked the dealership about this and they acknowledged it had a previous check engine light issue but felt it was resolved since it didn't come on again until after I received delivery the sales guy who I initially worked with was great but this has been a nightmare ,I took the car into a local buick dealership and they said they would fix the check engine problem right as it should have been upon delivery I am still waiting for them to get me in 1 month ago nothing yet.I am happy that have another car although I was told that driving it with the check engine light would be fine.Hopefully I will be able to enjoy the car that purchased at some maybe next year or when I finally get the purchased paper work More

Rachel did a thorough review of my 2006 Pontiac GPX. I brought it in for an oil change but it turns out the battery was starting to go and the radiator, plus brake fluids needed changing. So I ordered I brought it in for an oil change but it turns out the battery was starting to go and the radiator, plus brake fluids needed changing. So I ordered a new battery and we setup another day to replace it and due the fluids maintenance. So far so good 👍 More
Went in looking for a specific car. They had the one we were interested in. Took a test drive and decided to purchase. After negotiations went to office and paid for car. When we return They had the one we were interested in. Took a test drive and decided to purchase. After negotiations went to office and paid for car. When we returned, the sales lady told us to wait while the service department detailed the car one hour. we went shopping and returned since she hadn’t called us. She told us to go out and push the OnStar button to set up OnStar. That is the last we saw saw of her. We transferred stuff from our trade in. She did not reappear to show us anything else about the car or explain service department. We ask someone for a screwdriver so we could remove our plates from the old car. I asked for the second key, but no one knew where it was. They detailing that that service department did was poor. Did not remove plastic from doorhandles, touchscreen, monitor, etc. Finally told the guy who took the plates off we were leaving. we returned in a few days and got the second key, sales lady didn’t apologize for ghosting us. We contacted sales manager and he did provide us with some information but no one apologize for the way we were treated. We won’t even go back for the free oil change that we found out about since they didn’t tell us. Will take car to another dealership for oil change and warranty service. Don’t plan to ever set foot in the dealership again. More
