Do not purchase a vehicle from this location. THIS IS NOT A CANNABIS WORKER FRIENDLY DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ADDITIONAL FEES FOR "REEKING" UPDATE 12/16.- GM Steve is disrespectful THIS IS NOT A CANNABIS WORKER FRIENDLY DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ADDITIONAL FEES FOR "REEKING" UPDATE 12/16.- GM Steve is disrespectful and refused to fix my vehicle. Saleswoman Cory was asking me for free weed and to "hook it up" when I dropped my car off for maintenance. THEY DO NOT DO PROPER SAFETY CHECKS. THEY WILL SELL YOU A CAR THAT DOESNT RUN. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. The General Manager Steve even told me I should be thankful they are even willing to give me a WORKING SET of keys. The staff has zero communication and will push your complaints away. The mechanics had my car for 13 days and nothing to it. (Needed new tires, check engine light was on, needed a key FOB) nothing was fixed. 13 days. Then called me a month later telling me she (Ashley) has to diagnose my car. Ashley had my car for 13 days and did NOTHING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. IF 0/5 WAS POSSIBLE. THAT WOULD BE MY HONEST REVIEW. Update 6/11: Contacted Alpine Colorado Springs today and got hung up on repeatedly. 9 phone calls, talked to 5 different people, still no answers. But got told I can drop off my jeep for a another week to run another diagnostic (apparently this wasn't done in the 13 days they had it) and order parts (that the sales woman reassured me were ordered the beginning of May) Update 6/16: Called twice this morning to get ahold of Liza. No answer again. Steve the general manager threatened to block this Google review for bad mouthing the company. 4th phone conversation with the GM Steve and he is rude and very unprofessional. Update 6/16: Currently taking a $6k lose on trading in this Jeep. Alpine has lied to me for 41 days and refuses to address the issues with my Jeep. 15k and my completely paid off 2014 Focus. Alpine completely screwed over. Update 6/17: Called the Colorado Springs store and was transferred to Steve where he said "Do whatever you want Ms. Thompson" when asking when is an appropriate time to call to speak to an owner. STEVE IS NOT FIT FOR MANAGEMENT. HE IS SHADY, ORGANIZED, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. EVEN THE GENERAL MANAGER WILL SCREW YOU OVER. Update 7/5: Called the Colorado Springs location to talk to Brandon about what day to bring my car back. He was completely rude. I am asking for a refund on my down payment and for them to take the Jeep back. 0/10 DID NOT APPRECIATE BEING BULLIED BY A TERRIBLE CAR DEALERSHIP. IF YOU WANT GOOD DEALS WITH HONEST PEOPLE. GO TO PHIL LONG. ALPINE IS JUST A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Update: 2 months and I'm being ignored. Currently December and no resolution has been reached.
