He stated in person people were more important than my business. When I told him since I wasnt a priority I'll just take my business elsewhere he said perfect and that was the conversation. Instead of providing helpful information, he was condescending and dismissive of my questions, which left me feeling exasperated and belittled. In an attempt to address the situation, I spoke with the general manager. Unfortunately, their response was equally disappointing. They seemed uninterested in my concerns and brushed them aside, showing a complete lack of regard for customer experience. This was not just a single bad interaction; it reflects a deeper issue with customer service at this dealership. I can't recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a respectful and professional car-buying experience. Save your time and energy—there are plenty of other places that value their customers!
