Disappointing and Untrustworthy Three weeks ago, I was offered a specific price for my trade-in vehicle, but due to work commitments, I couldn't finalize the deal right away. However, I stayed in contact with the dealership to ensure everything was on track. When I finally went in to complete the deal, they offered me $8,000 less than the original quote. To make matters worse, they acted like nobody knew who had provided the original offer, even though two people were involved—including a manager! This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better communication and integrity, but instead, I feel misled and undervalued as a customer. If you’re considering doing business here, proceed with caution. More

I went in last Saturday and was APPROVED for a new gmc canyon after they pulled my credit and after putting a substantial amount of money down on the truck. I went back to the dealership on Friday and was told i wasn’t approved for the loan. This time they wanted a consigner. I had to give the truck back after having it for a week This was a horrible experience. They pulled my credit approximately 20-30 times. I told them to give me my money back and they told me the banks were closed. This is the worst dealer to go to. Do not recommend More
