Great experience and price on a used S197 Mustang I bought a used S197 Mustang from Mike Shaw Buick GMC, and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Joe Esker in Sales, and his manager Eddy Colin. The I bought a used S197 Mustang from Mike Shaw Buick GMC, and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Joe Esker in Sales, and his manager Eddy Colin. The sales experience was as I'd want it to be, and the vehicle was in excellent shape. The dealer's service department had put reconditioning work into this vehicle equal to a large proportion of its sale price. I got to meet with the service director, Mike Sapanaro, to go over the extensive work. Mike's team put on a set of new Sumitomo performance tires (this is a sports car, remember), where other dealers might have just settled for cheap off-brand all-seasons. There was no sales pressure either - Finance offered a few typical protection and warranty products (that some buyers might legitimately want), but didn't guilt me or pressure me when I politely declined. Later, their service department called me to schedule a some additional maintenance at no cost - impressive. Further, their sales team followed up with me later after they found an ECU programmer that was included with the vehicle but got missed in the listing and the sale itself. While I don't personally think I'll use it myself (track day, bro!), I really appreciate the gesture in providing me an additional item that I wasn't expecting to receive. I would gladly seek out this dealership in the future if my garage and driveway need more vehicles. (: More

Nightmare Went in to buy 2011 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited I saw on line, vehicle was in great condition but had higher mileage. First thing I noticed that it did not Went in to buy 2011 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited I saw on line, vehicle was in great condition but had higher mileage. First thing I noticed that it did not have the light bar on it anymore like it did in pictures. Sales person (which was great to work with) said previous owner had come to retrieve it? Test drive went fine, noticed low tire pressure light on and was told because of cold temp that day is the reason (which happens). Later to find out from Jeep that all of the sensors are missing and will be $1000 to fix. Only after a week and a half, the Jeep leaves me stranded on I-25 going up to DIA. I have it towed in to their service department to find out engine has seized and is total loss. After kind of being made to feel like this was all my fault, luckily I had bought extended coverage. The service department had to wait 30 days before ordering any replacement engine because the warranty would take that long to kick in. It took 2 months to resolve after a comedy of other errors. Their service rep Ashley, did a pretty good job of keeping me informed and I was fortunate that they assigned a loaner vehicle. Thought all was resolved for a week or so until Jeep told me there were some high torque bolts missing from transmission, manifold was over torqued (cracked), drive boot was ripped and to top it off, was stranded again because of failed starter. I do know what the risks are for used, high mileage cars and can accept that, but this was a bit excessive for a large, reputable dealership to not back their inventory. Again, purchasing extended warranty was my only savior. Have only ever purchased cars from Red Noland and Woodmen Nissan in past with excellent service and solid backing for the vehicles, won't make the mistake of not going back to them again. More

I had known for a long time that I needed a new car, but had absolutely refused to do anything about it because the "process" is so bad. I was finally at the end of the rope with the old car and the time was now and Dan made the process great. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and most importantly was just a good person. In addition to Dave I also spent time with "Dr. Phil" and he was fantastic in working with me on the value of my trade and the overall cost of the vehicle. I am a big fan of Mike Shaw and especially Dan. If you are looking, make sure you see them. They are first class. More
