They diagnosed my truck in just one day and ordered the necessary parts for the repair. I must say, I've been to several other GMC dealers with less favorable experiences. During this particular service I was supposed to receive a tire rotation and air pressure check. Neither happened but the receipt stated the services had been done. I know it wasn't completed because of the a tire rotation and air pressure check. Neither happened but the receipt stated the services had been done. I know it wasn't completed because of the unique scratch on the rim of one of my rims ( currently front left) same as before the so called completed service. Makes one think what other services are pencil whipped? More
