I arrive 15 minutes early and signed in with the service representative. He messed up signing me in and after waiting one hour and 15 minutes I asked at what point were we in getting the oil change done. Th representative. They realized that nothing had been done and that nothing nobody even noticed that. So they finally try to get me in and get it done and wasted a whole extra hour of my time. Was not happy with that. Very disappointed in the service I received. I had to bring my vehicle back 3 times before the work was finally made right. I had to write the General Manager a letter and threaten negative reviews and l bring my vehicle back 3 times before the work was finally made right. I had to write the General Manager a letter and threaten negative reviews and litigation before the service manager finally called me and asked me to bring my vehicle back in so he could correct the work.. A shuttle driver was not available to take me home after dropping off my vehicle and the service manager did not even offer to cover my Uber ride. I will never use this dealership again and would not recommend them More
