Disappointed with the Svc Dept overlooking a headlight lamp out (had to drive back to Denver in evening); they overlooked driver side wheel struts etc which were clearly making loud noises with first atte lamp out (had to drive back to Denver in evening); they overlooked driver side wheel struts etc which were clearly making loud noises with first attempt to drive out of parking lot (granted I had not driven the vehicle initially); and someone in the dept or dealership stole the phone holder from the dash (which was pictured on their website) leaving the base stuck to the dash and couldn’t remove it. Even tho my overall experience with the G/M and Sales Person was exceptional throughout managing the sale, I felt they all had some responsibility as a dealership in inspecting, quality assurance, and preparing the vehicle for safety, saleability, and driveability. I understood there are no guarantees purchasing used vehicles and accepted full responsibility for that, but these issues seemed a priority in preparing to even put on the lot for sale and I believe they were unacceptably negligent. They were clearly unhappy about this and immediately took responsibility to rectify these issues so I could be confident and happy to take it home. (Disappointed they weren’t able to remove the phone base from the dash!). I was otherwise very pleased buying the car. More

"We will get you an extra key (would be a 2nd key) at our cost! Text, no response! Went in and was told "the key guy is not answering" took my info down. I said when the key guy calls back here's the car info! Text again no response! Stop in again and was ignored. Why tell me you would assist getting a 2nd key and just ignore a customer? Better follow up would've been professional, I think after being shafted/stonewalled like this i will recommend people go elsewhere. Well of course unless they like being lied to.. More
