Disappointing and Untrustworthy Three weeks ago, I was offered a specific price for my trade-in vehicle, but due to work commitments, I couldn't finalize the deal right away. To make matters worse, they acted like nobody knew who had provided the original offer, even though two people were involved—including a manager! This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better communication and integrity, but instead, I feel misled and undervalued as a customer. If you’re considering doing business here, proceed with caution. More

I went in last Saturday and was APPROVED for a new gmc canyon after they pulled my credit and after putting a substantial amount of money down on the truck. I went back to the dealership on Friday and was told i wasn’t approved for the loan. This time they wanted a consigner. I had to give the truck back after having it for a week This was a horrible experience. They pulled my credit approximately 20-30 times. I told them to give me my money back and they told me the banks were closed. This is the worst dealer to go to. Do not recommend More

In an attempt to address the situation, I spoke with the general manager. Unfortunately, their response was equally disappointing. They seemed uninterested in my concerns and brushed them aside, showing a complete lack of regard for customer experience. This was not just a single bad interaction; it reflects a deeper issue with customer service at this dealership. I can't recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a respectful and professional car-buying experience. Save your time and energy—there are plenty of other places that value their customers!
