Had to spend $215 dollars for them to look at alert for windshield wiper fluid that was already reading on the dash. They took.out thr sensor and put it back in. When I make an appointment weeks in advance, and the service writer says “it’ll only be 90 minutes or less”, and I’m there waiting in the lobby for nearly two and a half hours for an oil change snd and service writer says “it’ll only be 90 minutes or less”, and I’m there waiting in the lobby for nearly two and a half hours for an oil change snd and a tire rotation… makes me want to never come back. This is not the first time. If its going to be longer timing, be friggin honest up front. I could’ve had errands run with a friend. I’m know others in the lobby were waiting at least that long. One gentleman arrived at the same time I did and they told him 30 to 60 minutes for splash guard install. He was there as long as I was. Ridiculous! This needs to be addressed and remedied. More
