The first time I arrived i never been to this place walked through a side door stood there several ppl walked right by me and not 1 word. Stood there for almost 10 min and contemplated leaving as someone finally walked up and asked if I been helped.Thats why the 3 star rating. 1st impression was a bad 1, then the salesperson i went to see was busy at time of appointment so they had me see an available salesperson his name was Sergio I believe could be wrong. He helped somewhat but came back said they wanted 9k down and basically sent me on my way after I told him that was crazy and not happening didnt bother exploring options. Got a call a few days later went back where Chandler helped me and I drove way in a brand new vehicle. Thank you Chandler and Emilie for helping make that happen More

We are so thankful for the incredible service we received from Alpine GMC thanks to Sergio Gonzalez. He went the extra mile to facetime us and allow us to look the truck over before we made the 3+ hour driv from Alpine GMC thanks to Sergio Gonzalez. He went the extra mile to facetime us and allow us to look the truck over before we made the 3+ hour drive to see it in person. During the pre-delivery inspection they discovered an issue that needed to be resolved with an out-of-stock part, which meant we couldn't go home with it. However, after the part came in and the problem was resolved, Sergio delivered the truck to our home and even brought a HUGE red bow for us to take pictures. We were extremely impressed with the integrity, honesty and kindness we were shown. We will definitely be back! More
