The cheaper prices you see posted are cash prices apparently which they don’t tell you up front if you are financing. Their financing prices are like $4000 more 3. They market their cars as clean title no accident cars since it doesn’t show up on the carfax. Alot of these cars are bought at auction with accidents. If you are going to buy a car here, run it through autocheck.com to see if it’s been at auction and it had damage. Was looking at buying a model y from them vin: 5YJYGDEE1MF085559 and it had damage they did not report. They are not a honest dealership and their prices don’t even reflect damaged cars. On November 19 of 2023 I bought a Honda Ridgeline 2009 from your Alpha Motorsports in Fredericksburg, VA. At the time of the purchase, I was told the car did not pass the inspection because of the driver sidestep is rusted and loose. I was NOT told, it was because the hole car frame was rusted. Alpha Motorsports, knew exactly how bad and dangerous was to drive the car back home... and, since they told me it did not passed the Virginia sate inspection, they do have a report from the inspection, which was also NOT provided to me. Most important, the exhaust pipe is releasing the Carbon Monoxide inside the car, which, put me at the very high risk to die, while I was driving 120 miles back home. I was not even aware of that, I could feel a weird smell, in the car, but my mechanic, confirmed about it on November 23, when I went to pick up the car. I've been shocked to see the car had foam fillings and then painted over, just like the one you put in to seal a window... Worse experience ever! The staff may be friendly (they all are in order to sale), but they are liars and don't care if you make it home safe or dead! WOW! I guess, I should have read the Customers Complaints on bbb.org. It looks that NONE of the Complaints Cases resolved with a happy customer! … just check the mean and rude Alpha Motorsports responses to complaints. More
