I will share my experience, but I will let you all decide if this is a dealership worth engaging with. Im sure that I had a bad experience only because of Wali Fazli, but I can only base my rating on what ha if this is a dealership worth engaging with. This is why whenever you guys buy from a dealer, you need to cross check references. If they don’t check out, it shows an unorganized team. If they’re unorganized, this will reflect how business is done, and how long the dealership will take to give you the proper information to register your vehicle. I first reached out about a Tesla Model 3 Long Range, and since the main wear and tear on these vehicles are its tires and had about 37k miles on it, I wanted to know if they had new tires. I talked with Kim through text, who stated that the vehicle had its tires replaced when they received the vehicle. Afterwards, I had the pleasure of speaking with Wali Fazli on the phone, where we inquired about the vehicle’s tire replacement. At first he said they were going to check during a safety inspection of the vehicle (selling a vehicle while there’s no safety inspection done on it is a red flag). Wali also flip flopped his stance over and over when I told him Kim stated otherwise (another red flag when coworkers are contradicting each other on something simple). He said that the vehicle’s listed price online would only be through a One Time Payment. Not listed in the dealership’s description of vehicle, but no problem. Thats fine until they increase the price by another $6000, without including mandatory fees like doc, processing, tags etc. Then its fair game for them to add Mark-ups. Personally, I call this a shady tactic, not when they give a price that is contingent on paying it all in full, but rather when they don’t tell you that upfront. Throughout the entire phone call, Wali showed obvious red flags that are only showed by people that are new to the “dealership game”, i.e. overtalking, trying to get you inside the dealership as fast as possible without any care to your questions (in order to peer pressure you into making a purchase since youre already here”), asking for deposits, changing price, laughing when I called him out on contradicting himself, and then proceeded to tell me “Im not trying to buy this vehicle” and “So are you gonna buy or not” afterwards. That was my experience in a 20min phone call about something so simple as finding out whether if it had new tires or not and what the price would be. Im 100+ miles away from this dealership and was willing to buy if everything checked out, but this steered me in the opposite direction. Photo receipts on my Google Review. More

BEWARE of the people at Alpha Motorsports Fredericksburg. They will lie to you to sell a car. They sold me a Mercedes Benz that had previously been involved in an accident. Though I asked them many times before the purchase if vehicle had ever been involved in an accident, the sales guy WALI and the manager NAS lied to me that they do not sell accident cars. I asked couple of times for the carfax report, they kept telling me they will print it for me and pushed me to continue with the financing but I should not worry because the Car is clean. Later after the purchase I found out the car has previously been involved in an accident. By then it was too late. I had already signed the purchasing contract. Then they blamed me it was my fault and that I should have done my own research. Not only that, they also lied to sell me an extended warranty, they will tell you the bank will approve you for lower rate if you purchase an extended warranty.. Now I'm stuck with an accident vehicle I never intended to buy. My advice, choose another dealership. Alpha Motorsports will mess you up. They buy accident cars from the auctions polish it up and sell them.VERY BAD and DISHONEST PEOPLE! More
