BUYER BEWARE. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Gave 2 stars only because it’s close to Christmas time and I’m in a giving mood. 1) employees weren’t wearing masks during a national pa worst enemy. Gave 2 stars only because it’s close to Christmas time and I’m in a giving mood. 1) employees weren’t wearing masks during a national pandemic (give me a break) but the worst came after the test drive when it was time to make a deal. salesman (who’s name I never even got) didn’t even want to acknowledge the fact that I had my own financing for the vehicle. Kept pressuring me to run my credit. Every time I declined he came up with a different story. I’ve done my homework, I don’t need your sketchy financing. I never show my full hand and was waiting to hear the lies he would tell me next. I had bank confirmation with the exact vin number of the car so I was good to go on my end but the salesman kept telling me that he needed to run my credit. Finally he “goes to talk to his finance department” and comes back and disclosed that the car has structural damage that was not reported on the carfax and my bank wouldn’t approve me for the loan (loan confirmation for exact vin in my pocket buddy) and he can “probably” match the rate I got from my bank if he *you guessed it* runs my credit. I decline and ask him to do a final write up of price out the door before we continue anymore because I may just pull out the cash and buy the vehicle out right. His reply? (Have you caught on yet??????) “the way we work is in order to give you an out the door price we need to run your credit and see what type of financing and rates/payments we can get you” goodbye. Not dealing snakes. Save yourself time and headache and just go to a trusted dealer. These guys are morons that just want to in house finance their vehicles. I’d recommend Craigslist above these guys because at least sellers there are honest More
