Completely rude and unprofessional. They refused to share the price of the car with me unless I fill out a credit application. I just wanted to know the price with tax and fees - never asked to negotiate or any other considerations. Simply a price and that was refused without running my credit. FYI - I bought a $60k Corvette on Carvana later that day..no issues or rude salesperson. Oh and my credit turned out to be 788. 😊 More

Man words can’t even express how much I appreciate the experience vs a totally different dealer a few months ago. He was great with my son as well answered all of his questions when he didn’t have too. Definitely appreciate the sales tax being included in the price, I got blindsided by a different dealer when I went to dmv and had to fork out all that sales tax on my truck. But I love my new car and having the chance to be around cool people with great taste in Taylor Swift music. More

My current review February 22, 2022. BUYER BEWARE! I now understand why they were so nice and rushed me to purchase this vehicle as is without sharing the CarFacts (which I still have no BUYER BEWARE! I now understand why they were so nice and rushed me to purchase this vehicle as is without sharing the CarFacts (which I still have not received). Where to begin: I"ll bullet point the issues with the truck I bought for those who want facts first: 1. The right turn signal bulb and the parking light bulbs have warnings several time every day that they need replaced. 2. The passenger side view mirror has glitch in it and drains the battery if I fold the mirrors in. 3. I was lied to that they were replacing the battery in the truck and put a new one it. FALSE! I have to jump the truck almost daily and will have to pay out of pocket to do so. 4. Drivers side door has to be slammed shut (I knew the truck was in an accident to be fair) or else again...the battery will die. 5. The "engine being too hot" warning. The radiator was busted and I had to replace it. 6. The "low tire" pressure.The day I purchased the truck that since the truck passed VA inspection you all would not replace the 2 very warn tires. Like the radiator I had to replace all for tires. 7. Hence, I've spent about $1500 on my "new truck" I purchased from Alpha motorsports within the first month of owning it. Not to mention I still have issues with the battery dying and the warning notices about the bulbs. 8. Now no heat, so will be replacing the thermostat and having the radiator burped to make sure there is not an air pocket in the system. 9. The Owner/Operator basically told me tough deal and has not been helpful at all. As a matter of fact said of the 2 things I requested be fixed when I left the dealership they'll basically fix on their time. I live in DC so not easy. 10. DON'T BUY A VEHICLE FROM ALPHA MOTORSPORTS UNLESS YOU HAVE IT THOROUGHLY LOOKED AT AND HAVE MONEY TO BLOW ON FIXING A "NEWLY PURCHASED" VEHICLE FROM THEM!!! My review after leaving the lot Jan 16th 2022...Excellent experience! From beginning to end Jason made things move quickly and efficiently. Also, great staff all around. Sales to finance all great folks. Clean nice location with cool cars! More
