I had purchased a 2019 Red Ford Raptor from you guys about two weeks ago, less than 250 miles since purchasing, I know I signed it as is, it has cam phaser issues that need replaced according to Ford an about two weeks ago, less than 250 miles since purchasing, I know I signed it as is, it has cam phaser issues that need replaced according to Ford and is out of warranty. I was hoping Alpha would help me with the repairs which will cost me a little over $3000? I’m fairly sure Alpha knew that there was an issue when it was sold that was not disclosed to me because to hear the issue could only be done on start up, cold start. Alphas $2500 reconditioning fee I paid on top of the sales price should have diagnosed this issue. You would think Alpha would have been willing to help me out here on a new purchase from your dealership. Is seems like good business to me but they never responded to my ask for help. We drove 4 1/2 hours, after seeing the car online and speaking with Jason. The pictures they posted online, wasn't what we actual saw, once we arrived. He did nothing to try to accommodate us, for false advertising and never came out in person. Very rude and unprofessional. Going back after leaving without purchasing the 2017 mustang, they went back in on their site trying to cover up the wrong photos that was posted. We was smart enough to screen shot the pictures. So when we got there we was told it wasn't a gauge there and showed Jason picture he tried. We was told the formal owner took it out and old pictures was posted online. Pay attention when purchasing from these foreign dealerships. More

Stay far away! Vehicles are not in the condition advertised.
