Falsified documents, deceptive prices, hour wait times between “offers” that escalate as you wait, screaming, bullying, and intimidation tactics. This place has it all! Expect all of your offers to be sho between “offers” that escalate as you wait, screaming, bullying, and intimidation tactics. This place has it all! Expect all of your offers to be shown to you on the “manager’s” phone screen, after you have waited 45 minutes. Nothing will be presented in writing. They list a reasonable price on the listing (within blue book range), but if you scroll all the way down to “Dealer Information,” and click on the down-arrow, they have a tiny clause hidden in the wall of text that says: “SPECIAL INTERNET PRICING IS BASED ON DEDUCTING ALL ADVERTISED DISCOUNTS, Military, Government employee, Student and VA resident. TOTAL PRICES ON VEHICLES MAY VARY. Alpha Motorsports makes every effort to provide the most accurate information about a vehicle. Some of the options and equipment listed on the window sticker may not be available on the vehicle. The dealership will not be responsible for any inaccurate information about a vehicle.” Obviously one cannot be a military *and* government employee simultaneously, much less a full-time student. So their listed price is fiction. My experience: I offered the $22k asking price in cash. They countered with $26,700, because I was paying in cash, they said I would have to pay *more* than someone financing a car! I also did not meet the four criteria for their discounted price (previous paragraph). They pointed me to the tiny print hidden in the Dealer Information drop-down on Carfax. I told them it had to be under $25k, because I planned to get the $4k EV rebate, and they came back with an almost $29k offer, with a 4K tire warranty! We had been there four hours, and were starting to leave when they suddenly offered the Buyers Agreement for $24,999. I told them I did not want their tire warranty, but they assured me it was a gift—offset by the supposed $4k “downpayment,” (that they photoshopped out of the same document sent to the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board). It wasn’t until the next day, that I started to connect the dots, and noticed all the discrepancies in the other documents. Transaction & Discloser summary Sales price $29,032.83 The Clean Vehicle Report/Time of Sale Sales price $25954..08 4K credit The “Safe Guard” Tire Warranty I do not want Sales price $28,500 The Buyers Agreement Sales Price. $24999 $4k tire wheel protection $4k Downpayment 4K protection, but was told it was a gift, and was countered by the “down payment” More
