I bought an 08 Corvette from them 4 months ago and couldn't be happier. Part of my pleasant buying experience is due to the car of course, but I have no real complaints about the dealership. The 4-stars instead of 5 for friendliness is for a slight lack of pleasantness from the other sales staff once I began working with Jay. It's not a very significant point, maybe they just wanted to stay out of his way. I gave them 5 stars on customer service because they gave me the exact price I asked for on my trade. Although they had dropped the Corvette's price by $3000 over the months that I was looking at it, they weren't willing to go any lower. But considering the low asking price, I can't complain about that either, which merits the 5 stars on price. I visited the dealership about 4 times and no one ever pressured me even slightly. Finally, whoever they have cleaning and prepping the cars did an excellent job on my Corvette while I was finishing up the paperwork, earning a top rating for quality of work. I've struggled to keep it as clean as it was when I took it home (it's black). Everyone has a different reaction to experiences such as buying a car, but my experience with Alpha was very nice. More

After reading a bad review or two, I was skeptical. I went ahead and bought a used 09 Audi A4 from them, flawless, looked brand new. The finance manager Noor even followed up with me to make sure all my needs were being taken care of, even before I stepped in the door. Very good experience. Was in and out of the dealership in hour or so once I decided to go in to make the purchase. The great thing that really impressed me is that a service light came on before I could get it inspected by the Audi dealership. It was a sensor problem which could happen at any time, the Audi dealership was even surprised how new my car looked, they said you wouldn't be able to tell the difference from mine and a 2012 a4! Once I did get it inspected (Audi stamp of approval) Alpha Motor Sports reimbursed me all the fees although technically I signed an "as is" agreement, they didn't have too. That just goes to show they stand behind their word and they are "good" people. Customer service was excellent. This is a very reputable dealership and I will be doing business with them in the future. I recommend them 100%!! More
