I recently purchased my dream car from here! They offered me an unbeateable price for a car worth thousands more if I had purchased it from the infinity dealership in brand new condition. I purchased the a 2011 Infinity G25 and it only had 11,000 miles on it at the time of purchase and was practically brand new. I had been looking for 6 months for a 2009 C300 fire engine red Mercedes with a certain amount of miles and in great condition. I was about to admit defeat until I saw that Alpha Motorsports had just g engine red Mercedes with a certain amount of miles and in great condition. I was about to admit defeat until I saw that Alpha Motorsports had just gotten the exact car I was looking for except a 2010. It was lower than what I wanted to spend and had slightly more miles than I would prefer, but I called the dealership and asked if I could see the carfax. It was almost too good to be true (as I had been looking so long and had seen my fair share of too good to be true cars). The carfax was clean. I knew I couldn't get up there during their operating hours, as I had to drive 90 minutes to get there. I had my dad call him to discuss the car and make sure it was in good shape, etc. He assured him it was in near-perfect condition. Wali kept in touch with us and that night called us to let us know the car actually wouldn't be on the lot that evening because it was being serviced. I was pretty upset (not with Alpha Motorsports) because I knew how quickly this specific car sold. I got there at 5:00 p.m. the next day to look at it with my boyfriend. The car was in perfect condition and even better than what I was expecting! It took me 45 minutes to make up my mind (once again - it took me 6 months to find a car). Wali was fantastic the entire time and very patient with my father and I during the process of having to call him multiple times. I put down a small down payment to come back the next day with the loan. We arrived around 11 am the next day and it literally took me only 20 minutes to fill out the paperwork and we were on our way. I took it to my parents house that evening and my uncle who is a mechanic was there and they were shocked at the condition of the car for the price. As my dad put it: my used car was in better shape than his brand new car. I waited a few months to write a review to make sure everything was fine, and it is. I love my car and get compliments on it all of the time. The only reason I gave them a 4 for customer service, was not for Wali but for other workers. Both times we were there we were one of the only customers and the workers were hooting and hollering. It seemed kind of unprofessional and awkward. Either way - I'll be back for my next car! More
