I felt like they got me there by saying whatever it took to get me there. They assured me that I'd be able to get the car I was looking for for the monthly payment I could afford, when it turned out much m to get me there. I don't even recall having seen the price they actually charged for the car, only the final agreed payment as arranged by the finance guy. The actual salesman worked half day, so was gone by the time I needed final things arranged for the vehicle to be released. I got the car, and finance was finally arranged, and they were friendly, so the rating is average. More

I have bought many cars in my life. Alpha Motorsports of Fredericksburg is by far the worst dealership i have ever worked with. They are very dishonest and use deceptive sales tactics. Alpha Motorsports of Fredericksburg is by far the worst dealership i have ever worked with. They are very dishonest and use deceptive sales tactics. They listed a car at a very attractive price online, only to find out that isn't the actual sales price. it was a price that you had to qualify for with discounts. They said they would do me a favor and give me the discounts on the sale price, but I found out later they baked the "savings" back into the deal through fees. On top of that they told me the car had no issues and was in great condition. That turned out to be false. They didn't even bother to clean the car before delivering it to me. I called to address my concerns to the sales rep and he passed me to the manager Nasr. Nasr contacted me and said he would make things right by getting the car properly cleaned and address the issues with the car. I sent him the documents and pictures he requested to get the process started. It's been 3 weeks and he has been impossible to reach and won't return my phone calls or text messages. Absolutely worst dealership. I do not recommend anyone work with this place. More
