The overall experience with this dealership was wonderful, and I would give all of the credit to our salesman Butch Davis. The first time that we came into test drive vehicles it was pourng down r wonderful, and I would give all of the credit to our salesman Butch Davis. The first time that we came into test drive vehicles it was pourng down rain and Butch came out to help us with numerous test drives. He was not pushy at all with the sale and very upfront and honest. After test driving numerous other vehicles we returned to Joyce Buick to purchase the Envoy that we drove with Butch, he even called me the day before our appointment to discuss minor details. We were very pleased with everything would reccomend Joyce Buick to family and friends. My only complaint, couldn't you at least fill up the tank after we purchased the vehicle? (We were told that the only fill up USED cars half way) Other than that it was just great, Thanks Butch!! More
