Sucks. First repair on my 20 gladiator lasted a month, about 1000 miles, after waiting a month for it. Now I have been waiting 6 weeks for the same parts, First repair on my 20 gladiator lasted a month, about 1000 miles, after waiting a month for it. Now I have been waiting 6 weeks for the same parts, for the same repair to be done again. Meanwhile, I had my 2500 diesel in for an oil change. They left the bolts off the air filter housing. Discovered a day later. Just what kind of service do you offer, because I am not receiving much. My jeep repair was paid in full, the first time it was repaired. Now that it's a warranty, back burner for me? Really? You ask how I like it? What do you think? More

My repair lasted around 1000 miles, or just one month. I took it back and they have had it for 5 weeks now, trying to repair the repair they failed on. Parts are not available. During all this, I had m I took it back and they have had it for 5 weeks now, trying to repair the repair they failed on. Parts are not available. During all this, I had my Ram 2500 oil changed, they left the air filter housing unbolted, and sent me on my way. A day later as I replaced my air filter, I discovered their failure to completely re-install the filter housing. So, a jeep repair failed, and then they failed to have the part available to repair it again, and they failed to complete a repair on the 2500 diesel they were not supposed to do. More
