I have wanted a New Genesis for about a year now but I just did not want to sit thru the "circus" of a typical car dealers have ever had, hands down! Bob Folker is a Top Tier employee and made my buying process simple. He explained everything in detail and his customer service was impeccable. I drove my New G70 home to Gulf Shores Alabama from Pensacola in absolute shock of how easy The Buying Process was at Allen Turner Hyundai/Genesis. Bob Folker and Vince Scardina gave me absolute white glove treatment from the moment I walked in the door until I left in amazement of what a pleasure they made my buying experience. All of my car purchases will be made with them no matter what brand of vehicle I am looking for, for the rest of my life. We had a great experience with our vehicle purchase! We were very happy that Robin W. approached us in the lot as we were browsing the inventory. She was very attentive and listened to what our needs were, and was super helpful with finding what we wanted. Robin took the time to compare a couple of the SUVs were interested in. We never felt pressured to buy.Within 3 hours from walking on the lot, I was the owner of my new Hyundai. I feel like we got a lot for our money in the transaction and we are very pleased with the new SUV. Robin made us feel like she wanted to help us and she even sat in the vehicle with me before I left the lot to show me how all of the features work. She also texted me the next day to make sure I didn’t have any questions Thank you, Robin, for making our car buying experience painless. You are amazing! The only negative I would have to say is that we felt the tax,tag,title part was calculated incorrectly or unfairly in the full price work up. I would not fault my salesperson for that at all though. It was closing time when the paperwork was being finished up by another person and we were rushing to get out of there and didn’t notice until the next day. On a side note comparison of car lots , we had just walked over from the neighboring car lot that starts with a K about 5 minutes before Robin approached us in the Hyundai lot. At the neighboring car sales lot, the employees/sales people didn’t even acknowledge us and there was no one to approach us on the lot. After feeling ignored outside on the lot, we went inside the showroom, I walked up to the receptionist and she glanced up from her phone for a moment and found us a salesperson. When I showed the salesperson at the K lot what I had seen online, he said,” that car sold yesterday” ( I don’t believe that at all) and they put those on our sight just to get you to come in and ( basically upsell you another car). Also, there sticker pricing had the MSRP pricing and then a whole separate column for expensive add ons not included in the MSRP pricing. Needless to say, we totally could have paid the full pricing for the vehicle outright without a loan but wanted to utilize credit for some of it due to keeping credit scores high, but the neighboring lot missed a sale because they were 1) uninterested in helping us and 2)they were trying to play the bait and switch game. They lost a sale and will get bad word of mouth for their lack of customer service, Thank you , Allen Turner Hyundai for your great customer service. I’ve been in customer service industry for over 30 years and it does matter to go the extra mile. More
