Carl was very knowledgeable about the car and I enjoyed working with him. He originally showed me the car with a test drive in June. I was not sure about making the purchased then. When I contacted dealership in November after I saw that the car I was interested in was no longer in transit, I called to inquire about it and got a different salesman. All I can say is I wished I had saved Carl's card. After a lot of back and forth the deal was made and Carl actually ended up assisting. Also, a thank you goes out to the lady who did the paperwork. I am happy with the car and I know my family is glad I finally pulled the trigger! More

On November 10, 2022 I came in with my father to look at a 2019 red sonata that was just sold earlier that day. Needless to say I was hurt but I still continued looking at other cars that were available. In the end she wanted to showing me a 2022 blue Honda sonata that I fell in love with. My dad had me test, drive the car and while doing so I opened up and expressed to her about the passing of my mom and other difficulties I was having in life. The whole time while driving looking over the car flip-flopping from asking questions about the car to expressing my sadness I was going through not one time. Did she ever get frustrated or act as though she did not care about anything I had to say. I had to tell her several times I think her for just being the person she is and that I believe God put people in your path for a reason. I can’t express the joy she gave me wow telling me she understood everything I was going through and just being a very good listener. She didn’t have to take that time to do so but she did and that needs to be recognized because not many people have the mentality or patience to do so like she does! after we drove around and I came back, I told my father I wanted the car so they started talking numbers. After throwing numbers at each other my dad said give me your very best offer. Let’s just say My father was not happy with the price that was given because he was paying cash for the vehicle and he felt that more should have been take. off the price. He found out that paying cash right out does not get you a good deal as it use to back in the day. Now dealerships rather for people to lease the car because the dealership and the bank will make more money off the car then if the buyer pays cash for the vehicle. Needless to say, my dad was not happy so he told Morgan we were going to talk about it and if we decided to come back, we would. I left disappointed and hurt that night although I understand my dads point. The next day Nov 11, my dad wanted to go back again to talk to Morgan about the car. He told me he wanted to ride in the car with me and see if he likes it but if they cannot come up with an agreement financially, he was not getting the car. When we arrived he told me to go with Morgan to get the car. As I was walking out looking at other cars not paying attention Morgan said… There you go… I said huh… she said she’s ALL YOURS!! I said WHAT??!! She said this is your car.. I said nooo, for real? She said for real!! Needless to say I cried and told her can I hug her and she allowed me to ☺️ and I ran in to give my dad a BIG OLE HUG!! After I calmed down I kept hugging her saying thank you and the crazy thing about it, my dad called her the night we left so everything was being worked out and I didn’t even know it. All I can say is appreciate the AMAZING person your company has working for you because someone like her is hard to, HATS OFF TO YOU Morgan Waguespack! YOU ARE A GOLD STAR ⭐️ IN MY OPINION! More
