My husband and I reached out to Charlie after he posted a gorgeous 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 ZR2 online to come take a look. He was waiting for us when we arrived, keys in hand! The service department really let me down this time! ! I watched the guy that moves vehicles around in the service tunnel swing my driver door into one of the block columns. Chipped the paint!!. Owned th ! I watched the guy that moves vehicles around in the service tunnel swing my driver door into one of the block columns. Chipped the paint!!. Owned the truck 4 years and that is the first scratch or dent on it unfortunately. Of course I said something about it and the fix was to give me a touch up paint pen. When I went to pick up the truck after the initial diagnostic I noticed grease on the leather seat. Normally they put plastic on the seat.....not this time. I was also charged for oil clean up after replacing my oil cooling lines. I now have oil drip spots on my garage floor because it was not cleaned up very well or its still leaking which hopefully is not the case. I own 3 GM vehicles that all go to Allen turner from time to time for service. Usually I don't have any complaints but this time I am very disappointed!! More

Tyler was a great sales person. He wasn't very pushy at all. I've been sick all week, and when we decided to trade in my car, I had 2 I wanted to look at and instead of us walking i He wasn't very pushy at all. I've been sick all week, and when we decided to trade in my car, I had 2 I wanted to look at and instead of us walking in the rain, he ran and got them. I thank you for that. He gave me and Adam space when we weren't sure on what vehicle I wanted to get. We couldn't get to the dealership until 6 and they closed at 7 and we didn't make our final decision until 645ish. They were super cool about staying after 7 to get us in our car. The process was easy and really quick. Thank you for a great experience and the candy ;). More
