If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have been loyal customers for 2 years to the Allen Samuels Aransas Pass Service Department. In the last year, the customer service has gone to n We have been loyal customers for 2 years to the Allen Samuels Aransas Pass Service Department. In the last year, the customer service has gone to non-existent. They are rude and the service manager has no concern for customer satisfaction. We had to purchase a new vehicle, and due to the service departments rudeness and poor service, we chose to go elsewhere. I have even contacted the General Manager and he has still not responded to my concerns. I do not recommend their service department. I have been extremely disappointed. And yes, I have communicated my concerns with them and they did not care. The service manager simply waved at me from her office and refused to come talk to me. More

They are crooks, bought a car from there and found that the car was totaled in New York. Bought back by dodge and then sold to me. Returned car and got a different one. Vouch the service package and when I called about it cause my bill was $300. I was told it was cancelled so they gave me a number to call. I called another company and they told me the dealer ship cancelled my package and left no notes and no reimbursement was sent for it being cancelled. Called to find out who I could talk to at the dealership and they said I needed to speak to finance. Guy was busy so I left my name and number with them and never got a returned call. Went to get my car the next day. Paid for the service and took it to a better dealership and traded it in. Never going to do business with this company again. Would not recommend it to anyone and will be putting a bad yelp review More
First of all I wish to tell you I was treated fairly by the service department. And it’s representative Chuck. I will be eternally grateful for his assistance in getting me one of your loaner cars as I had the service department. And it’s representative Chuck. I will be eternally grateful for his assistance in getting me one of your loaner cars as I had to put my wife in the hospital for surgery and $50 a day for a rental car was impossible far a retiree. I wish he could have more up front with me on my vehicles status. One time he said parts were on order and a week later we were still missing parts. I felt that when I was told they had all the parts were in my car should have been fixed. I called a week later and was told we did not have all the parts. I understand that things were testy because of the strike by the auto workers. I was not notified my car was done, it was just setting there, I called for its status and was informed the car was done. I do not know how many days it was setting finished. I understand my rep. Was on vacation, but someone could have called me and said the car was ready. A couple of the issues I brought the car in for do not seem to have been addressed and I have contacted Chuck and made arrange- ments to bring the car back in to have it looked at. The vehicle cost me and car shield around $10,000 to have the car fixed and it is disheartening that the same problems are still showing up. Sincerely, Keith Hansen More
