No honor in their warranties I started to get weird spots of discoloration on my aluminum window molding after a few months of buying a brand new ATS. The salesman told me he had seen it many times and to check with the service department so they can replace it because it is under warranty. Well, the service department blamed the problem on me as if I used some kind of chemical and made it happen myself. I told him I didn't have anything done to it except regular car washes. Then he proceeded to tell me that it might be from a chemical fall out or acid rain. Denied!! I think you people suck. That's my opinion. You don't stand behind your word. Your warranty. And you make up phony excuses to profit your business. You can't even replace a few aluminum window sidings? More

It all started with Don Lucarelli over the phone who was great. Leslie Norris who sold me my new truck was very helpful and fun to deal with . Leslie took the time to thoroughly explain and answer any questions I had regarding my new truck. Mark Loynes the sales manager made me feel like a valued customer and Brian Carpenter in finance was a pleasure to deal with making my transaction seamless. Above all I really appreciated the very respectful and courteous treatment we received from all of the associates at this dealership as soon as we arrived and it continued throughout our time there. We settled on an XT5 at Allen Cadillac, and we're glad we did. These guys are outstanding. Our sales consultant Andrew Wells took the time to work with us, and got a the best deal we saw. We couldn't be happier. I just hope Andrew is working there the next time we're in the market to buy a car. More
Purchase Escalade It was a pleasure working with Andrew Wells to facilitate the vehicle purchase. He addressed all the necessary sales points and worked hard to deliver the vehicle in a timely manner. He explained all the vehicle features I would seek Andrew again should I purchase another vehicle from the dealership. Michael Leydon (finance) was very knowledgeable and professional, and, completed all the necessary paperwork in a professional and timely fashion once we arrived at his office. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 1 hour before we could start the finance process due to others being served. We were not completely satisfied with the following: 1) The total sales price quoted via internet did not included dealer added extras that was latter disclosed during the sales process. Andrew did a very good job of disclosing the items and explaining the circumstances after he became aware of the situation, however, we feel like there was a little bait-and-switch going on. If the dealer added items were disclosed and priced upfront, I likely would have agreed to all the items except the active alarm. 2) As for the vehicle, when I got home I notice a very minor dent near the gas cap. It can only be seen in sunlight and at certain angles, hence, the reason why not noticed at the dealership. I cannot verify 100% that the vehicle got delivered that way but we were very careful driving home, e.g., park in remote areas of parking lot, etc. 3) Not 100% sure yet, waiting to run a full tank of gas through the vehicle first, the vehicle has hesitation (or engine misfire) and shifting should be smoother at low speeds and low gears. Potential misfire more obvious when stopped at red light. 4) Still waiting for all weather mats, Andrew says being shipped. 5) Very dissatisfied with how the vehicle was detailed for final delivery. Several areas not cleaned, water spots, etc. Andrew had to personally try to clean areas but he could not get them all. Regards, Michael Occhino More
