Hello. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. When you brought your 2015 Cadillac ATS to our dealership back in October 2016, it was found that all of your aluminum trim had the same discoloration. Being that we are advocates for our customers, we submitted a detailed claim to General Motors in hopes of getting this repair covered for you under warranty. General Motors declined to cover the cost of repair due to every trim piece having the same discoloration and it appearing to have been damaged by a chemical placed on the vehicle. We have reached out to Cadillac this morning once again to see if we are able to gain any assistance under goodwill from General Motors. If so, we will certainly call you and let you know. I hate when people lie. You are liars. People that work there have seen this problem before on the escalade's. The Man Who Sold me the car told me that he'd had seen it more than once before on the escalade's. So quit lying to me. And now that my warranty is almost up and over with you can be proud of yourself for saving a buck for your company. Big deal! Thousands of Cadillac that you sell over a period of many many years and you can't even honor a measly little warranty of some plastic trim. Cheap is the word that comes to mind. Dishonorable. Dishonest. Self-serving. Greedy. Living up to the reputation of a fast-talking deceiving car salesman. I guess I should expect nothing less. Thank you for your time and we hope you have a great day? You just take it as a joke huh? And pass the buck is what you're good at. Thanks for nothing.
