I was very dissatisfied with my time at the dealership on Saturday July 29, 2023 arrival time 7:30am until 11:45am waiting on my vehicle. I was the 2nd vehicle in one of your service line that morning. I ca Saturday July 29, 2023 arrival time 7:30am until 11:45am waiting on my vehicle. I was the 2nd vehicle in one of your service line that morning. I came in to have an oil change, tire rotation and balance. I was sitting in the waiting room for my vehicle and for someone to call to say when my vehicle was ready. No one called me about my vehicle. Twice, I came out to check on the process of my vehicle from the service desk and once from someone sitting at desk right out from the service desk. I was told by service desk young lady and the person sitting at the desk out from service desk it was only 1 person doing the balancing of tires on today. Which meant it would be about 45 more minutes for my vehicle. After going back into the waiting room sitting waiting on my vehicle NO one called to say my vehicle was ready for me. The young lady at the service desk took my cell phone number to let me know when my vehicle would be ready. This was the first time coming into your business with POOR customer service. Believe it or not I left another popular dealership because of POOR customer service. Reason: Every time I went into the dealership, they were doing things that I DID NOT ask them to do. Ask you can see that my vehicle is an OLDER model, but I try to keep the maintenance up on it. When I went to get into my vehicle the plastic paper were still on my set and paper on the floor. I spoke with one of young gentlemen who were bringing the vehicles up to remove and everything from my car. The service recommendation paperwork I referred to my local mechanic to check my vehicle for me. Because I thank "God" that I can trust him to check my vehicle out for me and do the work at a RESONABLE price. In the future, I would appreciate BETTER customer service please. I truly "Thank You" for sending out this email to give my opinion about my experience. More
