My truck advisor Tanaya was great. She treated me like an old friend. She called and updated me a few times. I can't believe how fast my truck got fixed. After I paid the casher, she said to go out front and the valet will bring my truck to me. I waited 10 minutes or more. Then this thin young man walked up and said do you own a big white truck. I was the only one standing out there at the time. He said your truck will not go in reverse. My truck did not go in for transmission work. He said follow me he took me almost all the way to the back of the service center yard. I was not happy. He gave me my key and said I'll open the gate. I got in my truck and found my box in back of the stick shift that is velcroid down sitting on the passenger seat. I drove to the gate and waited for him to get there. If I didn't have to get back to work, I would have gone in and talked to his supervisor and said don't let your valet drive vehicles that they have no business driving. Hope my transmission and clutch is not messed up. More

It was a great process. The reason I say this. My wife went to the dealership to scout out a used 2022 Bronco sport I had my eyes set on. ( I had to work and didn't have The reason I say this. Needless to say, she test drove to the house, with the sales person (Crystal) in a brand new 2023 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. I said, what happen to the used Bronco? Wifey says, this is better (and she was right) and they have excellent incentives which would bring the price down to what the used Bronco was going for. So she goes back and completes the paperwork and financing until I got off work. I went to review the numbers (no pencil whipping) and everything she wanted and asked for they gave her. I was so impressed that she did this on her own without the dealership taking advantage of her. Will definitely buy my next vehicle from Allan Vigil Ford and refer my friends and family to them. Buying a car is an emotional experience for me - I got my love of cars from my father and we lost him in 2019. I haven't had great buying experiences without him by my side. I was totally pleased with my experience at Allan Vigil Ford. I met with the sales lady, and told her what I thought I was interested in. She listened very carefully, and attempted to show me vehicles I re Ford. I met with the sales lady, and told her what I thought I was interested in. She also made some suggestions in line with my interests, but at no time was there any pressure to steer me in a different direction. She was very knowledgeable (8 years at this dealership) and was glad to answer any questions I had. She was awesome! I requested info about extended service contracts, and she brought in the finance manager who provided me with the info I requested. He simply answered my questions and at no time tried to pressure me! My experience was great, and I emphasize, everyone was there to help ME, and at no time was there any pressure to buy, or to move from what I wanted. I give the whole team at Allan Vigil Ford my highest recommendation; I don't know how anyone could have been any more interested in seeing I got what I wanted! More
