I was sent to Mr Henry Dennison by a competitor’s dealership. He felt that Mr Dennison would be able to assist me with my wants. After reviewing the choices, contract stipulations, mileage and Blue Book reviews, I was satisfied with the final result. Especially being that I was a woman dealing by myself the dealership was fair and did not take advantage. For these reasons I highly recommend the dealership. More

I went in because my low tire indicator came on, and they discovered a nail in the tire in a spot that rendered the tire unable to be repaired. I bought the tires and the tire warranty from Alan Vigil in April 2018, so the warranty covered the tire replacement I didn't, however, particularly like having to buy a new warranty for the new tire). They worked fast that Saturday afternoon to get me in and out quickly, and one technician, Shanon, even listened to me to vent as to why I thought the nail was in the tire. Good people down there - I've always had an excellent experience there, no matter what I go in for, and I believe they will do whatever they can to help to the best of their abilities. They will have my business for as long as I drive a Ford; I have owned three Fords and I don't intend to change brands. More
Made an appointment to get new tires put on my F-250. Peyton Woodward made the appointment, gave me a price on the tires ahead of time and got my new tires on and alignment first thing Saturday morning. Not satisfied at all. I am completely unhappy with Allen Vigil. First of all, I made an 11am appointment to get a 50k service done. This consisted of oil change, rotate and I am completely unhappy with Allen Vigil. First of all, I made an 11am appointment to get a 50k service done. This consisted of oil change, rotate and balance tires and a air filter (which should have been suggested at my previous service then finally a "complementary car wash". I arrived at 10:45. I waited and waited then finally started to inquire what was taking so long after 2 hours. The customer service advisors are very dishonest about the state of your vehicle. I ask the guy that originally checked me in, what was taking so long?, he stated he'll go check and see and get back to me in a minute (which never happened). After discovering my vehicle, parked on the lot on the side of the building, I went of him again and stated what I saw. A lady in the office told me it was parked there because someone else had to do something different (rotate the tires). After much conversation and the young man calling to the back, he discovered everything had been done except the car wash, and he was about to get it at that moment. After waiting even longer I went and told him to disregard the car wash and give me my car. I think 3 hours of waiting and the lies being told about the lenght of time it was taking is unacceptable. More

The battery was replaced and the computers were not reset. The day following a battery replacement I used Navigation to go to a doctor's office. Once in Atlanta, I discovered that the Navigation did not know w The day following a battery replacement I used Navigation to go to a doctor's office. Once in Atlanta, I discovered that the Navigation did not know where we were and would not take us to our destination. I had no map and only knew how to get back home. The doctor appointment was cancelled. The next day I returned to Allan Vigil for a remedy. Heather took charge and got the computers reset. Navigation now works fine. More

Recall on Ford Expedition I drop my vehicle off and it was ready later that afternoon. Peyton was very friendly. When I receive my vehicle back I noticed that my vehicle had a jerking sensation. I’m not sure what happened during my recall but now I am having a transmission issue. I have called the dealership four times and I have yet to Receive a return call. I will be taking my vehicle back to the dealer tomorrow to get my vehicle repaired properly. Ian frustrated because no one has followed up with me and everyone that has answered the phone acts like Peyton is the only one that can assist me. Don’t get me wrong Peyton was very nice and professional, but she seems to be extremely busy. When I dropped off my vehicle she had at least 6 customers standing and waiting on her and there were other service managers sitting at the desk doing nothing. She had to ask a couple of the them to assist her. You would think that they would offer to provide the customers with some assistance since they could clearly see that she was swamped. More
