Poor/incomprehensible polices Made appointment to have 3 things done; when I was there was told only 2 could be accomplished and that I would have to put in another ticket, return Made appointment to have 3 things done; when I was there was told only 2 could be accomplished and that I would have to put in another ticket, return the rental, and repeat the procedure...this wasn't what I set up the appointment for at all. Some nonsense about not wanting to pay for a rental when part of the repair was a recall and the other part was basic maintenance made little sense. In the end Allan Vigil wanted me to have two procedures done, return the rental, then make another appointment, re-rent the card and leave it for another day...most people who have jobs can't do this. Very, very poor policy making/communicating. More

Scheduled oil &filter change texted Scott and he immediately texted back time for appointment . Arrived @ appointed day and time. Scott was waiting and received my Lincoln MKT.
