Beyond Frustrated!! First I have to say is the staff has always been friendly and professional. My rating is a reflection of Honda in general not the staff. With that, I'm am beyond frustrated with my brand new car! I took it home in October and have yet been able to use my hands free blue tooth as no one can hear me! With a mechanic in the car with me, I had to switch to the 1980's way of talking on the phone with the Service Department Manager as she couldn't understand a word I was saying either. The microphone has already been replaced once, so we're baby stepping trying to figure out the problem. My frustrations were only compounded as I was told my under body spoiler was not covered under warranty and it would cost over $400 to fix. Noteworthy to add that I DID NOT hit anything!! I drove through water (more like a lake with all the flooding down town) I paid extra for the Honda Factory Performance package for it to fall apart while driving through water. In the meantime it's zip tied, looking completely ghetto and not a good reflection on Honda either. On my next visit to the service department to revisit the Bluetooth issue I'll have it taken off. I shouldn't have to worry about it falling off every time it rains!! When I dropped off my car I was told it was from the rain. If this is such a know fact, has it not occurred that it may be from faulty brackets?? Suffering from serious buyers remorse right now. More
