Too long! Let me start by saying that I appreciate Arthur and the care and time he took with me. Now, I called last week to see about scheduling an appointment Let me start by saying that I appreciate Arthur and the care and time he took with me. Now, I called last week to see about scheduling an appointment for my oil change like I have done in the past and was informed by the young woman answering the phones that I could just bring my car in, that there was no longer a need to make appointments. So I arrived just after 1:00 pm for my lifetime oil change. Oil lie was at 30% and we were heading out of town later that day, so I felt we should get it changed before we left. Upon checking my Pilot in, Arthur said it would probably be 70-90 minutes and asked if I wanted to continue and I said yes. I proceeded to take a seat at one of the table up front and watched tv while also working on my phone. When 90 minutes had passed, I looked up and realized that my car had not moved at all so I went to see what was going on. Found that indeed my car had not yet been serviced and I was pretty upset, as I was pressed for time. In my anger, I asked for my keys and left, as I had other things to take care of before leaving town. Upon telling my husband about it, he said go back and get it done and talk to someone about my dissatisfaction. Which I did, but it lost my place in line by 20 minutes. Finally my car was finished after 4:10 pm. Again, Arthur and Debra were great, but this is not the first time it's taken so long, even with an appointment. I feel like I am kind of trapped, because I paid for the lifetime oil change but it consistently seems to take 90 minutes or longer. I am not sure if this is a staffing issue, so far as mechanics or what, but this point, I am not happy. More

Replace Alternator I don’t understand why Honda had to run a check to see if my alternator was bad , when I knew for a fact that was the problem.
