Loved my experience. So I went to Honda to just look and see what we could do about getting me in another vehicle and they were very nice. They really do take care of you and honestly, I plan on going back again when I go to look for another vehicle again! More

Responding to card leads to new Pilot! I received a card in the mail about potentially selling my 2016 Pilot back to the dealership which landed me in a new 2018 Pilot. While there, Raia H I received a card in the mail about potentially selling my 2016 Pilot back to the dealership which landed me in a new 2018 Pilot. While there, Raia Hutchinson led me through the process in a professional manner and led me to my new purchase. She was positive and energetic during the long procedure (five hours of negotiations) providing information and answering questions. Negotiating the deal was positive-no arm twisting-straight forward. Financing paperwork was smooth as it was an all cash deal. The only criticism was in detailing the car for pick-up. The interior was not as clean as it could have been; furthermore, the tires had not been checked resulting in having to return to the dealership the next morning to have additional air. All four tires had different pressure (the two front tires were 7lbs. apart!) In addition, the rear hatch was dusty from sitting on the lot, so I presume the door was not addressed. One final thing I found was that whoever had driven the 384 miles before we bought the vehicle had bluetoothed her phone on the car and it showed up with her name. Because it was not deactivated, it interfered with loading my own phone and getting the performance right. (Pandora would not work properly until I removed the previous person's phone. I think service should check for such things in the future as seeing someone else's name installed is a privacy issue.) I hope this lengthy explanation is of some value to Honda of Abilene. As a three time purchaser of a vehicle from the dealership, I am a proud owner of a new Pilot and would probably return in the future if I need another car. More
