Rear brake calliper on my Honda Pilot We traveled to Texas 🇺🇸 from Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 During our trip we noticed one rear brake calliper not releasing. We tried 4 different auto parts We traveled to Texas 🇺🇸 from Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 During our trip we noticed one rear brake calliper not releasing. We tried 4 different auto parts stores no one seemed to be able to get me the parts I needed to do the repairs. They all told me 3 to 4 days delivery. I didn’t have time to sit around to wait on parts. We called Honda of Abilene Texas. We discussed the problem. I asked them to order the parts I needed, They said the parts would be in the next day, we set up our travel trailer a few minutes away from the Honda dealership, I drove in to the dealership next morning they took my info, served my wife and I coffee, (they are also pet friendly), replaced the rear calliper, the service was great people were great. top notch service and friendly efficient staff made this all happen in a very short time. We want to give the parts staff and the service/mechanical staff a huge shout out for helping us out. Especially Arthur Cavazos he was a class act... Big Canadian 🇨🇦 thanks!! Great I dropped my car off fully intending to get all my errands ran before needing to pick my vehicle up. I was very surprised to receive a call less than an hour after dropping it off that all the work had been completed and my vehicle was ready to be picked up! George was extremely friendly and helpful from beginning to end. He greeted me with a smile, listened to all my needs, gave me all my options, and had me taken care very promptly, without making me feel rushed. It was almost as if he was waiting for me by the door when I returned to pick up my car. He opened the door, greeted me with another smile, went over all the details of my service, and had me back on my way. I would definitely recommend him, and Honda service center. More

Honda of Abilene is the best dealership in Abilene ever! Where to begin, me and my boyfriend began about 3 weeks ago looking for a car where we could build up our credit. We both understood that our credit wasn't the greatest. We didn't want to go to a dealership where you financed through the dealership rather than through a bank. After about a week of searching various car dealerships and trying to get a car within our budget. We did not think we would ever get a car with our credit score or within our budget We decided to try out Honda of Abilene, as a last resort. We were automatically amazed when we first arrived there of the friendly service and the Swift attention that the dealers gave to prospective customers. We met Eric our salesman, and, explained to him what we were looking for. We also explained to him what we were willing to pay for a monthly payment and that we were willing to put a certain amount of money down on a car. I am amazed at just how Honda of Abilene and our car salesman, went that extra mile by making sure we picked the right car within our budget. And how they were willing to give us a discount and find us a bank that would be our lender. It seems to me that Honda of Abilene had such a family-oriented atmosphere. Where they make you feel, that you are important, and, that they do what they can to make sure that you drive off the lot with a car. I would recommend this car dealership to anyone here in Abilene. Who is looking to repair or continue to build their credit, or, has good credit. Because these people went above and beyond what any normal car dealership would have.
