The salesman sold me a car without Cruse controll,never said a word.Im not happy I'm paying 19000 when paid off for a car not worth 300 junk as far as I'm concerned I could have bought a new Nissan note fo said a word.Im not happy I'm paying 19000 when paid off for a car not worth 300 junk as far as I'm concerned I could have bought a new Nissan note for same price and no cruse ,if I wanted screwed I would have went to arrow Ford I won't ever buy anything from Honda of Abilene again,they are chicken xxxxs,wen I called sales to complain Monday after buying Saturday to complain reception sent me to his desk and he would not answer phone went to voice mail drop. In the past, Honda of Abilene took reservations for an oil change, which they no longer do. I tried to take my car in the previous day and was told it would be at least an hour and half wait for an oil ch oil change, which they no longer do. I tried to take my car in the previous day and was told it would be at least an hour and half wait for an oil change. I take my wife's car to a local oil change service and never have had to wait more than 45 minutes and most times less than 30 minutes. I called Honda of Abilene the next day while out running errands and was told there no wait and took my car immediately in and had the oil change in 20 minutes. The service while you are at the dealership is 5 stars, but I wish that they would either add more staff to expedite oil changes or go back to taking reservations. More
