Oil change problems This is the second time that I have had issues after getting my oil change. The first time they did not put all the clips back in because they told me This is the second time that I have had issues after getting my oil change. The first time they did not put all the clips back in because they told me they ran out. After leaving, the plastic cover fell down and drug on the hwy breaking it. The dealership had to order me a new cover. The most recent oil change the plastic cover came loose as I was driving back from Abilene. I was over 25 minutes from Abilene. I called the dealership, and they had already closed. Brian Taton told me to bring it in, and he took the time to fix the cover that wasn't replaced properly by another worker. Not sure of his name. Brooklyn was also still at the dealership, and came to help us and topped off my tank for the inconvenience. There were two plastic screws not even in the plastic cover. Thanks to Brian and Brooklyn...they got us back on the road. More
