I went in for a oil change for my leased civic, got done quick and easy. Only thing I don't like about the experience is getting texts and emails weeks later asking me to take a survey. I saw the first requ quick and easy. Only thing I don't like about the experience is getting texts and emails weeks later asking me to take a survey. I saw the first request and choose not to fill out the survey. Now you have me angry giving you 3 stars for a 5 star job. I would appreciate not being asked multiple times to take a survey about a simple oil change. More

Sneaky, greedy sales folks in this outfit. Don’t expect customer service. The salesperson told me they were selling me a “safe” car but would not tell me the results of checks they had performed on the ca customer service. The salesperson told me they were selling me a “safe” car but would not tell me the results of checks they had performed on the car until I insisted. Also, they installed a $599 tracking device on the vehicle which I had no option to decline. That cost was transferred directly to me. Be cautious buying from this dealership! More
