I live two hours away and was in town for the day. I called to see if they could squeeze me in for an issue I was having with my Honda and it turns out it was more than one issue. He called me within a couple of hours to let me know it was ready and when I arrived, he proceded to tell me what they had fixed. There were a few recalls on my Honda that I was unaware of and they took care of it that same day. After today, I will never take my honda to any other dealers to have any service done. This was by far the best I have ever been treated by any dealership! More

When I am in the service area on any of my visits(my car has over 90,000 miles with only routine service & oil changes so they are doing a great job!) I am consistantly treated with the same courtesy by everyone in the service area. I have been helped by Mr. John Harvey many times. When I do buy a car I always take the service department in consideration. The salesman you see once when you purchase the vehicle but the service people you see with your car many times a year. Honda of Abilene has a very nice waiting area or they can take me somewhere and come back and get me if I need them to.
