My husband went in for an oil change and decided to look at the CRV'S and Pilots's with no intention on buying. He had a few questions on the newer Pilot. Laura Heggedahl introduced herself and answered his at the CRV'S and Pilots's with no intention on buying. He had a few questions on the newer Pilot. Laura Heggedahl introduced herself and answered his questions sufficiencly enough for him to call and invite me to see the new pilot. Our problem was we had less than 20,000 miles on our present Pilot. The more we viewed the new Pilot and Laura's knowedgeable points of interest on the newer Pilot, we overcame my doubt. (Laura even informed him of a feature on our old Pilot he was not aware of.) We bought the newer Pilot and could not be happier. Thanks to Laura. George and Teresita Ramirez More

I live two hours away and was in town for the day. I called to see if they could squeeze me in for an issue I was having with my Honda and it turns out it was more than one issue. He called me within a called to see if they could squeeze me in for an issue I was having with my Honda and it turns out it was more than one issue. He called me within a couple of hours to let me know it was ready and when I arrived, he proceded to tell me what they had fixed. There were a few recalls on my Honda that I was unaware of and they took care of it that same day. After today, I will never take my honda to any other dealers to have any service done. This was by far the best I have ever been treated by any dealership! More
