They offer less than 6,000 less then others for my trade I actually liked my sales person, but the numbers he came back with were not even in the area code of others both in town and out of town. I saved mo I actually liked my sales person, but the numbers he came back with were not even in the area code of others both in town and out of town. I saved more than 2k on going to McDavid of Irving on the Odyssey Elite and 6k more on the trade in. Obviously Honda of Abilene thinks that you may assume that the prices here are about the same as the metroplex, but that would be an expensive mistake(over 8k in my case). Based on the mostly positive reviews I am guessing that employees are putting these in or else people do not know how much egregious profit Honda of Abilene is making. Great place to go for test drives, but I would stay far away for your purchase. My 10 hours out of town saved me 8k+ and got me some Chipotle. More

Better than I expected I went in "just looking" at vehicles. Steve met my sister in law and I just as we were getting out of our own vehicles. He was very helpful in suggesting vehicles when I explained what I was looking for. After a test drive (where I knew the Toyota RAV 4 I was driving was exactly what I wanted) Steve went to work and overcame some huge hurdles to make the car I wanted available at a price I could afford.I felt he went above and beyond what one would normally expect in caring for the customer. I will send everyone I know who is looking at vehicles to him and this dealership. In a few years when I'm ready for another vehicle I will definitely be returning. Thanks Steve! You made my first car buying experience much easier than I was expecting!! More

Was needing a vehicle I am a diabled mother of 4 , went in with not great credit they were very friendly , was able to get a car with 2000$ down said it was being inspecte I am a diabled mother of 4 , went in with not great credit they were very friendly , was able to get a car with 2000$ down said it was being inspected and detailed when I picked it up had several cosmetic damaged areas and the seats were stained with oil basically screwd me & took advantage of my situation me needing a vehicle will never go to them again and will tell all my friends to stay away too , didnt expect such poor product from a major dealership , car was flooded and was totaled when it was inspected by my insurance they said it had been previously wrecked in the front and had fire damage scandalous dealership BEWARE BUYERS !!!! When I called and complained they were very rude and not at all concerned about situation . More

Amazing car buying experience! My last car buying experience was not great. I hated the car not long after i bought it and the staff were looking to help themselves. I came to Honda My last car buying experience was not great. I hated the car not long after i bought it and the staff were looking to help themselves. I came to Honda because I knew what car i wanted and Eric was amazing! He really made me feel good about my purchase and was very helpful through the entire process. He even stayed until 9:30 at night with me to get papers signed and switch out my belongings to the new car! He is definitely customer oriented and I love my new Honda! More
