We had just enough time to check it out and make sure we were interested before Patsey?? Bigham came out. She was fabulous. She worked on our behalf and seemed to genuinely care about us as customers. Everyone was very welcoming and reassuring. Shan Newton was also very helpful. This was my first time buying a vehicle and it was a huge step for me. It was so nice to have people that helped us make this decision!!! More

Steve Burgh and Eric VanDerVlist went to great length to insure that our experience was none of the above. From the first phone conversation to the final handshake, this was hands-down the best car buying experience I have ever had. No back-and-forth tug of war exercise with these guys. They listened to my needs and wants and I feel like they gave me a great deal. I never once felt like I was being "sold." Great job Honda of Abilene and particularly Steve and Eric. Warranty Bought a 2014 Sentra from Steve Burgh. He said the car had a 30 day "off the lot" warranty and it also had 57 miles left on the factory warranty. Bought a 2014 Sentra from Steve Burgh. He said the car had a 30 day "off the lot" warranty and it also had 57 miles left on the factory warranty. 10 days after purchase, the battery died. Nissan insisted it was the computer. They tinkered with it and sent us home. The next day, battery was dead. Oreilly Auto tested it and confirmed a dead cell. Had to pay $134 for a new battery. I left several messages for Steve, but he never called. Shane Davies did call and agreed to reimburse me for the battery. Bryan More
Worst Service In 10 years Rude, incompetent, and had to send them back out to the car twice just to finish the inspection and refill the fluids after an oil change. Then had to drive back to the dealership because mechanic set the alarm in a way I could t set turn it off so image be driving down the road with an alarm going off you can't turn off with two little kids in the car. Spoke with manager and staff, but nobody cared. Just got excuses. Will never go back to Honda of Abilene and I've been a Honda owner for 10 years who bought my current car their brand new. Car dealerships are a service industry and Honda's is in the toilet so will never buy from them again. More

Right from the start Chris Williams took me through the Honda experience one small step at a time, listened to my needs and expectations. Chris pointed out each detail large and small to the awesomeness of the Honda car. Before I left the dealership I had made my decision. I knew the Honda was the right car for me.
