What a deal! Had a great experience the other day! For the past 3-4 months my wife and I have been in search of a good quality (used) vehicle for a fair price. We Had a great experience the other day! For the past 3-4 months my wife and I have been in search of a good quality (used) vehicle for a fair price. We searched the entire city of Abilene for a used vehicle, and everything either had really high miles or the vehicle was in poor exterior and interior condition. We spent multiple hours trying to find a good vehicle, and it felt like every dealer we went to the salesmen were trying to shove a vehicle down our throats! THEN, we stumbled upon Honda of Abilene and boy what a great experience! Firstly, I called about the vehicle we were interested in and spoke with Shan on the phone and he even suggested other vehicles on the lot that were within our price range! After the great experience over the phone with Shan, we went to the dealer Saturday afternoon, and Dennis Picasio met us at the vehicle we were interested in and began introducing himself and telling us that he was there to help. NOT pushy at all! At the time the vehicle we were interested in was priced out of our budget range, but long story short Steve Burgh (Internet Sales Consultant) and former military member gave us the deal we couldn't walk away from! AND the price was right in our budget! If you're in search for a great used (or new) vehicle GO TO HONDA OF ABILENE!!! I am a military service member, and it feels great to know that Honda of Abilene honors that! VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. More

Great service. Went in for oil change. The parts were in for the recall on the air bags, was going to take about 3 hours. I opted to just have the driver side done d Went in for oil change.
