Steve and Adrian are great, but the service center wasn't. i had no problems purchasing my new Civic Touring. its a great car and im very happy with the sales deparment. part of my purchase included the Pro Pa i had no problems purchasing my new Civic Touring. its a great car and im very happy with the sales deparment. part of my purchase included the Pro Pack which had mud guards, all weather mats and the windows tinted. when i purchased the vehicle the windows were not tinted so i mentioned it and right away they set me up with an appointment to get it done. i dropped the vehicle off around 8 am and had the car back around 1 pm, a little longer than a normal tint shop would take. when i picked the vehicle up i was excited, opened the driver door to discover the drivers seat was wrinkled and creased from the person who tinted the window sitting on the edge of the seat. it made the car look horrible and my wife and i even got other opinions on it to make sure we werent just being picky. everyone agreed that it definitely looked like the car had been driven for 100,000 miles. i also did a walk around to look at the tint job and it wasnt bad, but it wasnt great either. there were bubbles and lint between the film and window and the rear window had a big crease on the side with scratches from the squeegee all around the break light. i notified the service center of the mishaps and they said it "was due to it being cold". told me to drive it around for a couple days and keep the heated seat on and it should go back to normal, however it did not. after a couple days i took it back to service and they set me up an appointment and ordered a new seat cushion. i dropped it off first thing in the morning, again, and the next day around noon it was ready for pickup. they installed the new drivers seat cushion and put new tint on the rear window. the drivers seat looks better, but not the way it looked when i dropped it off the first time. there is still a crease in the leather and looks like its older than it is. the back window tint is better, no scratches or big creases in it this time and i was satisfied with it, except now theirs gouges on the panel below the rear window from the person who tinted it. i called and asked if i could bring it back just to get a second opinion to make sure i wasnt being picky and they said sure. brought it back and said the seat is going to have that from "normal wear", how is it going to be worn if the car is less than 2 weeks old? showed them the gouges in the plastic panel below the rear window and said yeah i dont know what to say, maybe they can smooth it out if you bring it back in a couple days. i just wanted the car to be the way it was when i purchased it, or at least normal wear and tear that was done by my wife or myself and not done by the service center. it just looks like the person who tinted the window had the kind of attitude that said this isnt my car so i dont really care to do my best or watch out for NOT damaging the car nice while i do my job. a poor work ethic, which reflects poorly on the dealership. i would post pictures of this for proof, but there is not an option of uploading any.
