Oil change and inspection My wife took her van in for a oil change and her tire pressure sensor was on. The oil change was complete but they let her drive away with the senso My wife took her van in for a oil change and her tire pressure sensor was on. The oil change was complete but they let her drive away with the sensor still on. What kind of service is this. Two week prior I took her van in because the check engine light came on and the D was flashing. I paid for the diagnostics and was told there was nothing wrong and they cleared the Engine light. I was told if it happens again to just make an appointment and bring it back in. Three days after the oil change and your service Department letting her leave with a low tire pressure sensor still been on check engine light came back on and the D was also flashing again. On Friday October 19, 2018 approximately 0900 I called and spoke to Mike. Mike said he couldn’t get me in until Monday but I could drop it off and they could try to work it in. I asked Mike about a loaner or rental. Mike said they were all out of loaners but he could talk to his manager and see what he could do. Mike took down my name and phone number and said he would call me back. Here we are Saturday October 20, 2018 over 24 hours later and still no call from Mike. The reason I even asked for a loaner or rental is because I work out of town. I cannot leave my wife and three children including a newborn stranded without a vehicle. Your service department is a joke. I just recently moved to Abilene And everyone I have met and worked with was Extremely nice and professional until I had to deal with your service department. You have lost my family’s business. I will gladly drive back to Oklahoma for any service or vehicle purchases I need from a Honda store. More

Amazing service. I ended up test driving a vehicle because of Brandon Whiteside. He is an amazing person. Very friendly and was beyond helpful. Even after I told him I I ended up test driving a vehicle because of Brandon Whiteside. He is an amazing person. Very friendly and was beyond helpful. Even after I told him I wasn’t buying a vehicle that day and just getting my car serviced. He was still very conversative and we ended up talking until my car was finished being serviced. I was there for about 4 hours and the manager of the dealership made eye contact with me but never came and greeted or checked on me. The dealership was not busy by any means. More
