Professional, fast, courteous I drove from out of town to attend a funeral. While driving I noticed a brake problem. I got into Abilene to late to deal with it and the funeral arr I drove from out of town to attend a funeral. While driving I noticed a brake problem. I got into Abilene to late to deal with it and the funeral arrangements in the morning meant that I couldn't get to the dealership until 11am. I explained the issue and sure enough my brakes were bad. The dealership had new brakes, rotors smoothed, tires rotated and balanced and airbag recalls done in 3 hours. I am so grateful for their assistance and professionalism. It was a sad day, but knowing that I was safe on the ride home was such a relief. I am especially grateful to Deborah McCoy, Service Manager for her attentiveness and professionalism, she was wonderful. More
