Very unfriendly Service representatives do not greet the customers and gave me the impression as a customer I was getting on their nerves and not welcome. They did get my truck in and out in a prompt manner addressing a recent recall which was unusual. My experience in the past with Allstar on several occasions has been terrible. I just sincerely hope the ignition switch problem on my 2007 Equinox that Allstar charged me over $200 and never fixed correctly doesn't cause an innocent person to get injured or harmed. More
